How to Save Outlook Attachments to Folder

Download, install and launch OST PST Viewer on your PC.
Click File > Open to load your selected Outlook data file.
Select the folder containing attachments you would like to save.
Select all or multiple items to save their attached documents.
Select "Save Attachments" and the destination folder where you would like to put the data.
